RJB Civils is a family operated and owned business (two generations) we are a progressive Civil Engineering and Plant Hire company operating across Ireland and the UK. RJB Civils has worked on some the biggest projects in Ireland & UK ranging from large Commercial Office, Hospitality, Medical & Retail Projects, Private & Public Residential Housing & a number of large Infrastructure Projects.
Headed up by Joe Fallon who has over 40 years’ experience and supported by his Senior Management team, Joe’s sons; Blain and Ryan. The Management Team is made up of highly skilled and talented professionals all of whom have the experience, expertise, and versatility to ensure each Project is delivered to the highest of standards, in a non-disruptive professional manner.

RJB Civils employs high calibre individuals who have the experience, knowledge and skill sets for each project.
Joe Fallon
Managing Director
Mr. Fallon is the founder and CEO of the company.
Joe has over 40 years’ experience within Ireland and the UK. Joe started his career in 1982 in the UK where he worked on various types of projects, Joe developed his role from trades to site management level. In 1993 Joe set up his own company in both Ireland and the UK. Joe has delivered projects with project sizes from €50k to €100m working and delivering work for clients such as Aldi, McLaren Construction, Skanska, Sir Robert McAlpine, Carillion and Balfour Beatty plc. Since then, Joe has been joined by 2 members of his family on the board of directors and an experienced technical and management team in the office and on site.
Ryan Fallon
Director
Ryan Fallon, Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Civil Engineering and MCIOB. Ryan has over 15 years’ experience working within the Irish, UK and international construction market. Ryan has an extensive knowledge of Design and Construction. In his roles, he has gained substantial experience and has been pinnacle in the successful execution of tendering right through to project handover working for the likes of Sisk, Bennetts and Jons Civil Engineering. He has overseen projects ranging from €100K to €125M in the Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres, Residential, Educational, Civils and Retail Sector. With extensive experience in the management of design, setting out and monitoring of projects. Ryan is proficient in programs for architectural design, construction management and structural engineering.
Blain Fallon
Director
Blain has worked across both the UK and Ireland and previously held Senior roles with Internationally recognised fleet companies. As a qualified and experienced Mechanic and with a Degree in Plant Management. Blain has been involved in a range of projects, Blain is responsible for the entire operations of the plant; this includes the management and coordination of daily activities to always ensure high performance of the fleet. With over 15 years’ experience, Blain along with our fully qualified team can advise on the best plant options available to you based on the requirements of your project to ensure all your needs are taken care of and help you to avoid costly oversights.
